Dr James Fleming

I’m honored to be joining the Central Oregon community as a fellowship-trained pain physician. Originally from Florida, I completed my residency in Anesthesiology and an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Florida. Through this training I gained a broad foundation in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions, with an emphasis on evidence-based and minimally invasive treatments.

My practice focuses on helping patients find meaningful relief through personalized care — whether that’s with medication management, image-guided procedures, neuromodulation, or other interventional therapies. I believe that listening closely to each patient’s story and goals is the key to building an effective, compassionate treatment plan.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, hiking, and making the most of the incredible outdoors here in Central Oregon. I’m grateful for the opportunity to care for this community and look forward to collaborating with local providers to support the health and well-being of our patients.
